Michael Capetola, an award-winning legal recruiter, brings a proven track record of success across industries, ensuring the perfect match for clients and candidates. His detail-oriented approach has resulted in placements across the United States, including General Counsel, in-house counsel, and working with premier law firms. He began his career in legal recruiting with an executive search firm focused on attorney placements where he was recognized as a finalist for Recruiter of the Year by one of the largest recruiter networks in the United States.
Prior to his career in executive search, Michael excelled in technology sales and data analytics. He played an integral part in expanding global sales and establishing pipeline states across the nation and was with the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) as a Lead Statistician for live game events broadcasted on national TV networks. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with family, snowboarding, and being an avid Philadelphia sports fan.
